Cooking with Christina Yue | 1.31
Christina Yue’s parents Kenneth and Laura Yue opened Frankfort’s original (and much loved) Chinese restaurant before she and her sisters were even born!
Today, Christina is Director of Strategic Stakeholder Events, Memberships and Administration for the UK Alumni Association, but she hasn’t forgotten what it means to share her family’s cuisine with others, and what life growing up in the China Wok was like.
For Christina and her sisters Jennifer and Elizabeth, the restaurant wasn't just a business – it was their playground, their classroom, and their connection to Frankfort.
In this special one-night-only class, Christina joins Chef Ouita to share not just recipes, but the stories and traditions passed down through generations. They'll prepare favorite dishes that graced China Wok for over 40 years, for an evening filled with delicious flavors, cherished memories, and the warmth that can only come from food cooked with love and tradition.
