Our Holly Hill chefs lead us on a tour through the classic French mother sauces with a series of dishes that feature hollandaise, béchamel, velouté, espagnole, and tomato.
We’ll also learn about new emerging mother sauces influenced by global cuisines and celebrate mothers around the world. A hand stitched apron from the women of Anchal Project is included with this class.

Our classes are designed with adults 21 years and older in mind.

Unless otherwise noted, all classes begin at 6:30 pm and last approximately 2 hours. Doors open at 6:15 pm.

We regret that we are unable to cancel reservations or issue refunds. In the event of an unavoidable conflict (and with 48 hours advance notice) we’re happy to arrange a one-time transfer to another class, pending availability.
