Cilantro Lime Yogurt

This is good on so many things – the lamb kofta, grilled veggies, tacos, frittatas. Be sure to seek out a full-fat Greek-style yogurt; it makes all the difference in the world
Ingredients
16oz full-fat Greek yogurt
¼ cup cilantro, rinsed, dried and chopped
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about two limes)
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
optional- 1 teaspoon cayenne or chipotle morita powder, to add a little kick!
Directions
Whisk it all together in a large bowl and check seasoning; may need a little more lime juice or salt.
