Lisa’s Remoulade

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon whole-grain mustard
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 teaspoon ground sweet paprika
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon capers, drained and minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon minced garlic (about half a small-medium clove)

Directions

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly with a whisk. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving. Makes about 1 cup.
