Watermelon Marga-Ouita

Holly Hill founder and Chef Ouita Michel loves to relax with a refreshing margarita; we love to create different flavors as summer unfolds! Here’s a watermelon version from Honeywood Bar Manager Leah Craig

1 ½ oz tequila
½  oz triple sec
2 oz watermelon juice
1 oz lime juice
sliced cucumber, muddled
pinch salt

Shake with ice, dump into a glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint. Makes one cocktail, but can easily scale up to make more!
