Join Chefs Ouita Michel and Tyler McNabb for a corn-centric tasting of dishes like fresh corn pudding, corn chowder, and Northeastern-style cracked corn Johnnycakes.
We'll also sample a whiskey flight and compare various mash recipes, and how corn influences the final flavors in each glass.
