Bourbon White Cheddar Cheese Ball

Ingredients

6 oz white cheddar
8 oz cream cheese
1 T worcestershire sauce
3 T minced yellow onion
1 T bourbon
¼ t paprika
pinch of cayenne
¼ cup of whole milk, optional

toasted chopped pecans or chopped parsley to finish

 

Directions

Shred your cheddar cheese (pre-shredded is okay in a pinch but not ideal.) Whip everything (except the milk) together in a stand mixer or by hand until well-blended and fluffy. If forming into a ball, add just a little bit of milk. If making a spread, add enough to make it spreadable.

For extra crunch and good looks, roll the cheese ball in pecans or parsley.

Chill at least 1 hour before using.
